Scotch Egg Ordering and Delivery Information
After ordering please allow us time to make them fresh for you before we despatch (usually 1-2 days).
Each order will be posted out in our chilled and recycled packaging for next-day England-ONLY delivery for you.
For best practice please keep them refrigerated once received.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order this must be done within 12 hours of your order to ensure no cost occurs.
Delivery Estimates
We use DHL 24-hour shipping for your items.
This shipping service runs Monday to Friday.
Therefore if you order Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, your order will be booked to be picked up the Next day and will be on your doorstep within 24 Hours after this.
If you order on Thursday or Friday, your order will be booked to be picked up on Monday, arriving at your doorstep on Tuesday.
For orders made on Saturday or Sunday, these will be booked to be picked up on Tuesday, arriving at your door on Wednesday.
Please note these are estimates and issues may arise where your order could be delayed, but you will be informed of this in due course.
Phone Number Must be Given
Please Add Your Phone Number when paying we WONT use it or keep it we just let the Courier have it so they can contact with delivery information for you and if they need to speak to you ie; Your out, they can't find your address, therefore if you dont give us your phone number then the courier cant contact you which is not our fault and we won't under any circumstance issue refunds for late, missed and spoilt deliveries where no phone number has been given.
We package our scotch eggs using thermally insulted packaging and ice packs which will keep scotch eggs at an ambient temperature for upto 48hrs, we use next day delivery courier service to help them reach our customers in good condition, our couriers need a contact phone number to send text updates and use in the event that they need directions.
It is solely your responsibility to advise courier if you have a 'safe place' if you're not going to be in for delivery or other delivery information this can be done two ways either by; information can be found in Tracking information on your account or by the email from the courier, if you miss your delivery or have not contacted the courier to A. Leave with neighbour, B, Leave in safe place, we will not be liable for refunds as its not our fault.
We use next working day UK only delivery (phone number required for courier, no refunds without a phone number or for missed deliveries) once we have made your eggs. The £10.00 includes England ONLY postage and packaging for upto X6 scotch eggs our minimum quantity.

As we are a small business selling perishable goods, we regret that we cannot cancel your order and we cannot refund payment once your order has been freshly made and ready for dispatch.
When products are temporarily out of stock we will either substitute the item and contact you to arrange one of the following: a refund, a suitable replacement, or to have the goods delivered to you at a later date.
We accept orders at our discretion and we have the right to refuse orders without explanation.
